• Changes may be made to comply with legal/technical requirements

6. Intellectual Property

• All project designs, layouts and names are proprietary property
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of materials is prohibited

7. Limitations of Liability

• Pristine Developers not liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. Governing Law

• These Terms governed by laws of India
• Exclusive jurisdiction of Pune courts for all disputes
